ARE YOU:

OVER AGE 18?

A SAN FRANCISCO RESIDENT (PAST 60 DAYS)?

LOW INCOME?

A REPRESENTATIVE OF LOW INCOME CITIZENS?

TWO WAYS TO JOIN:

1. Nomination by a agency, group or church representing low income populations (Must nominate one persons and an alternate)

2. Self Nomination by completing the EOC Board Nomination Form (must be signed by 20 adult, low income San Francisco residents)
