ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY COUNCIL OF SAN FRANCISCO (EOCSF) WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING
TO GATHER INPUT FOR THE 2012-2013 COMMUNITY ACTION PLAN (CAP).
